When we said “Save Our Taco Trucks” we certainly hoped it never meant from fire-bombing. Nevertheless, Friday night the perennial favorite Taco Zone was set ablaze by vandals with Molotov cocktails. Details are sketchy, but it appears to be the work of an angry competitor or possibly a local gang upset over unpaid “taxes.” Meanwhile our very own Eric Garcetti is tweeting/taking credit for reporting the fire. I wonder if other government officials would have done the same…
